Re: Generator Maintenance Contract Renewal

Dear Mr. Esposito,

Thank you for the offer to renew the contract between the Village of Croton on Hudson and Gentech
Ltd.

We are happy to accept the offer to provide an additional year of service beginning on or about
December 9, 2024 through December 8, 2025. Gentech will continue to maintain the village’s
generators at the same prices outlined in the 2022 Generator Contract.

Copies of our current insurance documents are attached for your records. I’ve also included our
updated Company Profile and contact information for your records. Please share this information
with the site contacts in case of an emergency. Feel free to reach out with any questions or if you
need any further information.
