Parking Department Quarterly Report September 1, 2024 – November 30, 2024 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 42,612 transactions with revenue totaling $431,463.85 The daily parking account revenue for the first two quarters of the year is now at 57.50% of our projected annual budget. It appears that this account will exceed its budget target this year, likely due to the large number of individuals commuting into the city sporadically. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 55 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 369 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 759 Total Revenue: $330,410.75 The permit parking account revenue for the first two quarters of the year is now at 78.62% of our projected annual budget. This amount includes payments for three permit cycles. With one permit cycle remaining (in February), it is likely that this account will be slightly over budget for the fiscal year.
