On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #5-2025 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson entered into an agreement with the Mid- Hudson Ambulance District (MHAD) on June 11, 2024, to provide Emergency Medical Services (Croton EMS) with one Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on a 24/7 basis at a rate of $43.79 per hour, with services delivered through the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps., Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Village has requested that from January 13, 2025, through May 31, 2025, the contractor provide Croton EMS with an additional EMT between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to this request as detailed in the amendment to the original agreement, which adjusts the terms to include the provision of this additional EMT coverage, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the amendment to the agreement with the Mid-Hudson Ambulance District, subject to the final approval of the Village Attorney; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to make the following budget transfers in the 2024-2025 General Fund budget: A4540.4020 – Ambulance Fly Car/Paid EMT $52,548 Decrease Expense A5010.1000 – DPW Administration Personnel $36,570 A1990.4000 – Contingency $15,978 Dated: January 8, 2025
