On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #74-2025 WHEREAS, the Village has received a proposal from New England Traffic Solutions of Glastonbury, Connecticut, to enhance the coordination of the traffic signals along Croton Point Avenue; and WHEREAS, the cost for such enhancements shall not exceed $7,350 and shall be covered by the developer of 1 Croton Point Avenue; and WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, has recommended that the proposal be accepted, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby authorize the Village Manager to accept the proposal from New England Traffic Solutions of Glastonbury, Connecticut, at the not-to-exceed price of $7,350.
