On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #120-2025
WHEREAS the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is a member community of the
Westchester County Urban County Consortium, making it eligible to apply for
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding; and
WHEREAS, Westchester County, in cooperation and agreement with the Village
of Croton-on-Hudson, has been awarded CDBG funding in the amount of $200,000
for the removal and replacement of the playground equipment and basketball court
in Dobbs Park; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the aforementioned grant, the County will receive
grant funds and desires to provide such funds to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson
to provide the project,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement between the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson and the County of Westchester, pending approval of the Village
Attorney.
