On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #170-2025 WHEREAS, various definitions and fines in Chapter 122, Fees, Chapter 215, Vehicle & Traffic, and Chapter 225, Waterfront Revitalization, have been recommended to be updated; and WHEREAS, the Village Board is considering the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 9 of 2025, which has been drafted for such purposes; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 9 of 2025 was opened and closed on July 9, 2025; and WHEREAS, the Village Board has determined that the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 9 of 2025 to be a Type II action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, requiring no environmental review, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby adopts Local Law Introductory No. 9 of 2025 to update various definitions and fines in Chapter 122, Fees, Chapter 215, Vehicle & Traffic, and Chapter 225, Waterfront Revitalization, which upon adoption becomes Local Law No. 10 of 2025.
