Message: Hi Amy, I am writing on behalf of the Hudson Valley Gateway Chaber of Commerce about this year's Scarecrow Contest. We know this is a great event in The Village of Croton and we want to make sure that we do our part to get it on the calendar and help make it be a huge success. I will be sending you a letter via the mail, requesting that the Village of Croton allow this great event to happen again this year. I wanted to give you a heads up as well, in case the board is meeting prior to the letter's arrival. We are hopeful that we can kick off this year's event on October 1st, with scarecrows being dropped off at Berkshire Hathaway offices on Grand Street. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the office staff here at the Chamber. Thank you in advance for your attendtion to this matter and we hope to work with you on many other fun events in the future. Please call (914) 737- 3600 with any questions or concerns.
