On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York: Resolution #173-2026 WHEREAS, the Village is milling and paving certain roadways in the Village under a federal aid project known as Paving in Downtown Croton (PIN 8763.03); and WHEREAS, on May 6, 2026, the Village Board awarded the bid for this work to ELQ Industries; and WHEREAS, the Village, through the use of its own funds, would like to mill and pave an additional section of Cleveland Drive between Gerstein Street and Jacoby Street; and WHEREAS, a change order has been submitted as part of the project to mill and pave this section of Cleveland; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village to have this work completed while the contractor is mobilized to complete the work under the federal aid project, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to approve Change Order No. 1 for Bid #1-2026 in the amount of $75,036.55.
