A June 16, 2026 memo from the New York Department of State transmits application F-2026-0322 to LWRP coordinators in Croton-on-Hudson and Haverstraw for preliminary consistency review of NYSDOT's plan to replace 13 overhead sign structures, including one on US 9 in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson. Install new guiderail in some places where it is not currently up to standards. The new structures will be designed and constructed to be 10 to 15 feet behind the existing structures in the direction of travel. Some excavation is required.
