On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ----, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #183-2023 WHEREAS, the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department’s Marine 32-a 2013 inflatable boat is no longer holding air; and WHEREAS, the manufacturer has advised that the boat is no longer under warranty and should be replaced; and WHEREAS, the Fire Department has received a quote from Defender Industries of Waterford, Connecticut for a Defender-430 inflatable boat in the amount of $4,350.95; and WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2023-2024 General Fund budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer to transfer $ 4,350.95 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to the following account: A3410.2000 – Fire Department – Equipment: $4,350.95 Dated: August 14, 2023
