On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution 
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, 
with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #203-2023 
 
WHEREAS, the agreement with PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP, to provide an annual 
independent audit has expired; and 
 
WHEREAS, O’Connor Davies, LLP has provided the Village with a new agreement 
for the years June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2027; and  
 
WHEREAS, the agreement will cover the basic audit of the Village’s governmental 
funds and any federal grants as recommended by GASB, audit of Justice Court and a 
risk assessment statement of auditing standards; and  
 
WHEREAS, the Village has an on-going relationship with PKF O'Connor Davies, 
LLP and they have provided the Village with excellent financial auditing services over 
the years, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby 
authorized to sign the retainer agreement with O’Connor Davies, LLP for the years 
June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2027 in the amounts as follows: 
 
2023 - $41,000 
2024 - $43,500 
2025 - $44,750 
2026 - $45,650 
2027 - $46,500
