On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
WHEREAS, the Municipal Building’s roof has numerous leaks throughout the building,
gutter and down spouts leak and freeze in the winter time and several areas including the
chimney have bricks that are missing or loose; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works has determined that an evaluation to
determine the extent of the damage is needed before a repairs can be made; and
WHEREAS, Peter Gisolfi Associates of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY, has submit a proposal
for architectural services for the evaluation of the roofing and the exterior masonary walls
of the Municipal building in the amount of $6,500 with reimbursable expenses not to
exceed $500,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Board of Trustees authorizes the
Village Manager to sign the proposal with Peter Gisolfi Associates of Hastings-on-
Hudson, NY, for architectural services for the evaluation of the roofing and the exterior
masonary walls of the Municipal building in the amount of $6,500 with reimbursable
expenses not to exceed $500.00;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that this amount should be charged to account
number H1620.2102.09194.
