We propose to perform visual roof-top inspections to check the current condition of the roofing and built-in gutters, a visual inspection of the exterior brick facades, and prepare a report with findings and recommendations for repairs and or replacements. Please prepare a list of leaks before the inspections are performed. Our fee for the services of our architects and our proposed consultants for the inspections and report shall be $6,500. Our reimbursable expenses will be limited to printing, plotting, overnight delivery if needed, and travel expenses of the Roofing Consultant. While we charge a multiple of one and one tenth (1.1) times the amounts expended by the architect, the architect's employees and consultants in the interest of the project, the total cost of our reimbursable expenses will not exceed $500.00. Bills will be submitted monthly, with payment due 30 days after receipt of our invoice.
