On motion of  TRUSTEE____________,  seconded by  TRUSTEE _______,  the  
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:   
 
WHEREAS, due to several severe storms over the past few months the Croton EMS 
Radio Communications Antenna  has been damaged and in need of immediate repair, and  
 
WHEREAS, Metrocom a Motorola Company has provided an estimate for equipment and 
repair in the amount of $1417.25, and 
 
WHEREAS, this amount is an unexpected expense that was not budgeted in the 2011-12 
budget, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board authorizes the Village 
Treasurer to transfer $1417.25 from Contingency Account #A1990.4000 Account 
Number A4540.4730 for equipment and repair of the EMS Radio Communications 
Antenna.
