The client requested an elevated stairway to connect between the existing and new substation expansion during design. SUBMARINE CABLE CROSSINGS Project Manager and Designer for eight submarine cable crossings of the Hudson River, New York and Hackensack, Passaic and Raritan Rivers in New Jersey. Duties included coordination of soundings, survey, permit application completion, oversight of drafting. Crossings were facilitated for New York Telephone, Bell Atlantic, MCI, and Verizon.
