Notice of Public Hearing on Application for 
Special Permit pursuant to  
Section 230-41(b) of the Village Zoning Code 
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Megan Guinee has applied to the Board of Trustees for a 
Special Permit for an accessory apartment located at 91 Truesdale Drive, Croton-on-
Hudson, NY. 
 
The subject property is designated on the tax maps of the Village as Section 79.09, Block 
5, Lots 6, which is located in a One-Family Residence RA-25 District.  
 
A Public Hearing on the merits of this application will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 
2012, 8:00 p.m. at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, at
