ROBERT LUTZ Members MARK AAROS FRACES ALLE BRUCE KAUDERER STEVE KRISKY Attorney JAMES STAUDT Village Engineer DAIEL O’COOR, P.E. ROIE ROSE MEMORANDUM To: From: Robert Luntz, Chairman Date: December 19, 2011 Subject: Referral from Village Board regarding the special permit application for an accessory apartment – 91 Truesdale Drive – (Sec. 79.09 Blk. 5 Lot 6) At the Planning Board meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, the Planning Board reviewed the above-referenced Village Board referral for a special permit application located in the RA-25 One-Family Residence District for an accessory apartment. The Planning Board, in reviewing the objectives and goals set forth in Section 230-58 of the Village Code, believes this application takes into consideration the public health, safety and welfare and the comfort and convenience of the public in general and of the residents of the immediate neighborhood in particular, and therefore, recommends to the Village Board of Trustees that a special permit, with conditions deemed appropriate by the Board of Trustees, be granted. The vote was 5-0 in favor. RL/rr
