Zoning Board A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A LIST OF TYPE II ACTIONS TO SUPPLEMENT THE LIST OF TYPE II ACTIONS CONTAINED IN THE NEW YORK STATE SEQRA REGULATIONS It is hereby resolved by the Zoning Board of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson that the list of Type II actions contained in NYCRR Section 617.5(c) is hereby supplemented to include the following actions which are within the jurisdiction of this Board: 1. A decision by the Zoning Board of Appeals on the request for an extension of Granting an extension of the expiration date for an area variance or special permit. 2. A decision by the Zoning Board of Appeals on an interpretation of the Zoning Code or an appeal of an administrative decision, except an appeal for a variance which is not otherwise made a Type II action hereunder or by State law/regulation. Accordingly, Zoning Board variances which are not made Type II actions by another paragraph hereof, or by state law or regulation, are not intended to be made Type II actions by this paragraph. 3. The approval of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan under Chapter 196 of the Village Code in connection with any Type II action.
