On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #50-2022 WHEREAS, the Village has received a written request from Noreen and Edward Walsh, owners of a parcel known as 79.9-2-2 on the Village tax map, to have a restrictive condition removed from the property deed; and WHEREAS, the condition does not currently permit the merging of the aforementioned parcel into another parcel for the purposes of creating a new buildable lot; and WHEREAS, the Village Board discussed this request at a work session held on January 10, 2022; and WHEREAS, the Village Board wishes to allow this restrictive condition to be terminated, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the termination agreement with Noreen and Edward Walsh releasing the restrictive condition from their parcel.
