On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:   
 
Resolution #52-2022 
 
WHEREAS, in 2020, the Village received design documents to replace the existing 
retaining wall located at 25 and 33 Grand Street; and 
 
WHEREAS, the COVID-19 pandemic placed this project on a temporary hold; and 
 
WHEREAS, in January 2022, the Village was awarded a matching grant from 
Westchester County to replace the retaining wall; and  
 
WHEREAS, Ronald Wegner, Assistant Village Engineer, has received a proposal 
from Carlin Simpson & Associates of Sayreville, New Jersey, to revise the design 
documents in the amount of $3,000, 
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby 
authorizes the Village Treasurer to transfer $3,000 from Contingency Account 
A1990.4000 to the following accounts: 
 
A8020.4000 – Planning – Contractual: 
 
$3,000
