On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #53-2022
WHEREAS, DPW Superintendent Frank Balbi has advised that the New York
State Department of Motor Vehicles has issued new guidelines for diesel vehicle
inspection stations, including the DPW Garage; and
WHEREAS, these new guidelines require the purchase of new equipment and
software; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of purchasing these items is $8,000; and
WHEREAS, funding for such purchases was not included in the 2021-2022
General Fund budget,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to transfer $8,000 from Contingency Account
A1990.4000 to the following accounts:
A1640.4200 – Central Garage – Supplies:
$8,000
