On motion of TRUSTEE _______, seconded by TRUSTEE ______, the following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York with the following vote: -. 
 Resolution #169-2022 
WHEREAS, the Village currently has one open position in the Police 
Department; and 
WHEREAS, Police Chief John Nikitopoulos has conducted an extensive 
background check of Mark E. Frascello and recommends the hiring of Mark E. 
Frascello for the position of Police Officer; 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that Mark E. Frascello is hereby 
appointed as a Police Officer in the Croton-on-Hudson Police Department at the 
salary of $68,580.43, pending the passage of medical exams and approval from 
Westchester County Department of Human Resources in accordance with all rules 
and regulations.
