To: Advisory Board on the Visual Environment Members From: Date: August 7, 2026 Re: Half Moon Bay Bridge As you may be aware, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is undertaking a rehabilitation project on the Half Moon Bay Bridge that connects the Village to the riverfront. While the existing bridge footprint is not changing, the components of the existing bridge will be rehabilitated or replaced during the project. As part of the project, the Village has the opportunity to choose a color for the steel girders underneath the bridge. These will be visible from the Metro-North railroad tracks and the Half Moon Bay multi- use path. Three color options have been provided for the consideration of the VEB.
