On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #196-2026
WHEREAS, the Village issued an Invitation to Bid on July 30, 2026, for the purchase
of a loader mounted snow blower; and
WHEREAS, four bids were submitted by the deadline of August 11, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the lowest bid received was from FDR Hitches of Roselle Park, New Jersey,
in the amount of $62,599; and
WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, has recommended moving
forward with the low bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to award Bid No. 10-2026 to FDR Hitches of Roselle Park, New Jersey, in the amount
of $62,599.
