On motion of TRUSTEE _________, seconded by TRUSTEE _________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #208-2025 WHEREAS, the Village and Westchester County own adjoining properties along Grand Street, namely the Village Well Fields and Croton Gorge Park; and WHEREAS, Westchester County has approached the Village to establish a permanent easement through a portion of the well fields in order to run electrical service lines to the caretaker’s cottage in the park; and WHEREAS, as part of the terms of the agreement, Westchester County will be responsible for 50% of future maintenance costs for the utility poles in the well fields; and WHEREAS, while the permanent easement is prepared, a license agreement has been drafted for the term of one year to allow the proposed work to take place, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute the license agreement with Westchester County for the purpose of running a new electrical service to the caretaker’s cottage at Croton Gorge Park.
