On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #224-2026
WHEREAS, the Village issued an Invitation to Bid on August 6, 2026, for the annual
street resurfacing program; and
WHEREAS, six bids were submitted by the deadline of August 27, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the lowest bid received was from Louis Rinaldi Inc. of Ossining, New
York, in the amount of $790,900; and
WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, has recommended moving
forward with the low bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to award Bid No. 9-2026 to Louis Rinaldi Inc. of Ossining, New York, in the amount of
$790,900.
