Allied Universal Security Services 12 Water St, Suite 301 White Plains, NY 10601 914-448-3998 Re: Rate Increase Pursuant to NY State Prevailing Wage Law Effective 7/1/2026, the Prevailing Wage increased to $23.12, and the Supplemental Benefit amount increased to $2.78 for Orange, Rockland, Westchester, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, and Sullivan Counties. Allied Universal will comply with the new Prevailing Wage and Supplemental Benefit amounts by undertaking the following actions: 1. Current wage rates, which are below the new prevailing wage rate will be increased to $23.12/hr. 2. All personnel will now receive the new Supplemental Benefit amount of $2.78/hr. 3. To reduce turnover and maintain a stable workforce, current wage rates for higher level positions such as supervisors and/or lead officer positions (if applicable) will be increased by the same amount as Security Officers to keep pace with the new prevailing wage. 4. Associated bill rates will be increased by the new wage + supplemental benefit amount plus markup, which includes costs such as statutory costs as payroll, taxes, insurance, uniforms, training, healthcare, management, overhead.
