CROTON-HARMON UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT TAX WARRANT JULY 1, 2026 - JUNE 30, 2027 On May 19, 2026, the voters of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District approved the 2026-2027 school district budget totaling $62,762,808. For 2026-2027, the expected non-tax revenue is $12,428,260, which includes $10,556,717 in estimated State Aid payments. The Board of Education has authorized $2,716,925 be appropriated from the Undesignated Fund Balance and $200,000 be appropriated from the Employees’ Retirement System Reserve, $800,000 be appropriated from the Tax Certiorari Reserve, $100,000 be appropriated from the Unemployment Insurance Reserve and $100,000 be appropriated from the Workers’ Compensation Reserve to reduce taxes. The balance of funds to be raised through a tax levy is as follows: $46,417,623. We, the trustees of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District Board of Education, do hereby certify that the amount of Forty-six million, four hundred and seventeen thousand, six hundred and twenty-three dollars ($46,417,623) is required to be raised as a tax levy for school purposes, for the 2026-2027 school year.
