Consent Agenda Subject 6.15 2026-2027 Food Service Management Contract Extension Type Action (Consent) Recommended Action RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves the School Lunch Program Management Services Contract with Aramark Corporation for the 2026-2027 school year at a rate of $3.3221 per breakfast meal and $4.2884 per lunch meal, representing a 5.1% year-over-year increase. NY State Education Department (SED) governs contract extensions.  The increase for 2026-27 is 5.1% as set by SED.  The conversion factor for à la carte to meals is set by SED at $ 5.22. The District is in year 4 of a possible 5-year contract with Aramark. Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves all the items under the Consent Agenda. Motion by Elizabeth Laird, second by Allison Samuels.
