Please find our Building Use Request Form for the 2026 Harry Chapin Memorial Run Against Hunger. I'm also including a Certificate of Insurance naming CHUFSD as an additional insured per the outlined process. By way of this email, I am requesting, on behalf of the Harry Chapin Memorial Run Against Hunger, that fees for the use of the buildings/spaces be waived. We are a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization that raises funds to fight hunger and provide food to children and adults in need locally, across the US and around the world.
