Donations Subject 6.3 Donation - Croton-Harmon Booster Club - Booster Club Scholarships Type Action Recommended Action RESOLVED: That the Board of Education gratefully accepts a donation of $4,800 from the Croton-Harmon Booster Club, as a contribution to the Booster Club Scholarships (4 @ $500 each), the Len Gober Scholarship (@ $1,000), the Mary Brooks Scholarship (1 @ $1,000), William "Billy" Shea Scholarship (1 @ $300) and the Steve "Iggy" Aguado Scholarship (1 @ $500) at Croton-Harmon High School. 4 Booster Club scholarships: To be awarded to a graduating senior student who has excelled in athletics and sportsmanship Len Gober Scholarship: To be awarded to a graduating senior student who exemplifies a warm and caring attitude towards others as well as outstanding sportsmanship Mary Brooks Scholarship: To be awarded to a graduating senior student who has demonstrated outstanding dedication in a scholastic sport William "Billy" Shea Scholarship: To be awarded to a graduating senior student who has demonstrated commitment to or actual work on behalf of the environment Steve "Iggy" Aguado Scholarship: To be awarded to a graduating senior student who has provided exceptional support to athletic teams and their success Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education gratefully accepts a donation of $4,800 from the Croton-Harmon Booster Club, as a contribution to the Booster Club Scholarships (4 @ $500 each), the Len Gober Scholarship (@ $1,000), the Mary Brooks Scholarship (1 @ $1,000), William "Billy" Shea Scholarship (1 @ $300) and the Steve "Iggy" Aguado Scholarship (1 @ $500) at Croton-Harmon High School.
