On motion of TRUSTEE ____, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York with the following vote: - vote. Resolution #221-2024 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson seeks to amend and update various provisions of Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to align the zoning regulations with current planning and development needs; and WHEREAS, Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2024 was drafted for such purposes, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby schedules a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2024 to amend and update various provisions of Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to align the zoning regulations with current planning and development needs Dated: November 20, 2024
