On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #241-2024 WHEREAS, on November 20, 2024, the Village Board adopted Resolution 221- 2024, scheduling a public hearing for December 18, 2024; and WHEREAS, the Board wishes to re-schedule the date of the public hearing, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby schedules a public hearing to be held on January 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2024; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the public hearing previously scheduled for December 18, 2024, is hereby cancelled.
