New Business Subject 3.3 PNW BOCES Board Member Election Type Action Recommended Action RESOLVED: That the Board of Education casts one vote for one vacancy to be filled, provided that no more than one vote may be cast for any candidate as defined below. BOARD OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES OF THE SOLE SUPERVISORY DISTRICT OF PUTNAM AND WESTCHESTER COUNTIES BALLOT FOR ELECTION TO PUTNAM/NORTHERN WESTCHESTER BOARD OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES One vacancy on the Putnam Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services is to be filled at the annual election to be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The Trustees or Board of Education of each component school district, by resolution, may cast one vote for the one vacancy to be filled. No more than one person residing in a particular component district may be elected to serve on the Board of Cooperative Educational Services at one time, except as provided in Education Law §1950(2-a).
