Bradt of the Helleberg who was cited to appear before us this Day appeared and being examined and his Answers to the Questions asked him being satisfactory he was permitted to return Home -- Barnet Stilwell having been adjudged in the Opinion of this Board a Person of an equivocal and neutral Character and being in Consequence thereof cited to appear before the Board this Day appeared and he being tendered the Oath as prescribed in the A.ct lately passed by the Legislature requested Time to consider of it till next Saturday which was granted him on his agreeing that his Non Appearance on that Day should be construed into a Refusal -- Adjourned till 9 OClock Monday Morning
