A Letter from Lambert Burghart confined on Parole to Schodack was laid before the Board wherein the said Lambert Burghart informs us that his Mother in Law who resides at Kinderhook is Extreamly 111 and requests Permission for a few days to go and visit her and the said request being taken into Consideration resolved that he have Permission granted him accordingly for the space of Six days. Resolved on Application of Tohn Lansing Jun^ Esq^ that the Mittimus of this Board against George Mar be withdrawn.
