Cap- Stephen Hayt laid before the Board an Account for bringing from Claverack to Albany Cap- Smith's Company of Rangers with a Number of Robbers & Tories amounting to £25. ordered that the same be paid -- 1

Fonda Mathew Visscher f ( Hugh Mitchell Daniel Campbell and James Ellice having been cited to appear before the Board in Consequence of the Act of the Legislature of this State entitled An Act to amend an Act more effectually to prevent the Mischeifs arising from the Influence Sc Example of Persons of equivocal & suspected Characters in this State by which the Commissioners for Conspiracies are authorized to administer the Oath of Allegiance in the said Act contained to those Persons who after refusing have offered to take the same, and the said Daniel Campbell & James Ellice appearing this Day according to order and the saidOath being tendered to them they respectively took the same resolved that Certificates be [49] given to the said Daniel Campbell and James Ellice of their having taken the above mentioned Oath -- Resolved that the Secretary pay to John 5 Lansing 2 £151 ,, 4 „ o for Bread provided for the State Prisoners.
