Caller reported a male dumped garbage on the side of the road. Patrol was dispatched and reported no garbage found. The garbage was later located at the end of Batten Road near the stop sign. DPW was notified and picked up in the morning.
Accident

Caller reported her neighbor’s car was struck and damaged on the street. Neighbors checked security cameras with negative results. After further investigation, the vehicle was located and added to the report.
Structure Fire

Multiple calls reported a house fire in the area of Palmer Avenue. Patrol was dispatched along with Fire and EMS. All occupants were out of the residence. Scene was transferred to fire department. Criminal Mischief
4/1/2026 2:45pm · Route 9 South
Caller reported witnessing a road rage incident on Route 9 south. Patrol was dispatched and spoke with the operator of a vehicle involved. The operator stated that a male got out of his white vehicle, walked up to his car, and punched his window, shattering it. Patrol canvassed the area for the other vehicle involved but were unable to locate it. Investigation is pending.
Medical Aided

Caller reported a violent patient struck an employee. Patrol, along with EMS, was dispatched. The patient fled the area on foot. Patrol located the patient and assisted in transporting her to Phelps Hospital without incident.
Trespass

Security guard reported that he asked children to leave the clubhouse earlier in the day. He reported they were back and requested assistance in telling them to leave the building. Patrols were dispatched and reported all juveniles had left the premises and turned over to their parents.
Welfare Check
4/4/2026 1:09pm · Maple Street
Caller reported an elderly person drove over the median in the parking lot and may need assistance. Patrol was dispatched and reported the operator as an elderly female. She pulled into the parking lot to go to the salon and got stuck on the curb. She called a tow truck to assist and patrol stood by. Tow truck put vehicle back in the parking space and left. Vehicle did not need to be towed from scene.
Erratic Driver

Caller stated a vehicle was traveling north on Route 9 and driving erratically. Caller stated the vehicle exited Route 9 at Croton Point Ave. Patrol was dispatched and reported locating the vehicle at the gas station. Patrol identified the driver and reported no signs of impairment. The driver was advised to drive more carefully.
