Civilian in HQ reported that a road rage incident occurred about 20 minutes ago in the area of Route 9. Civilian stated the vehicle followed her into the village and was operating erratically behind her. Caller drove straight to CPD HQ and was given a courtesy escort to her home.

Caller reported a violation of an Order of Protection. Patrol responded and placed a 36-year-old Croton resident under arrest. She was transported to Police HQ in order to be processed and was arraigned and released on $100 bail.

Caller reported he saw a man burning items inside a metal barrel near the bathrooms at Senasqua Park. Patrol was dispatched, reported a man was burning his personal documents in a metal container. 60 Control was notified and the Croton Fire Department was dispatched for an open burn. CFD extinguished the fire and the man was told he is not allowed to burn inside the park.

Caller reported finding another nail in his car tire. Caller suspected his neighbor of purposely putting nails under his tires at numerous times. Caller had a camera installed and believes it shows his neighbor placing nails under his tire. Patrol was dispatched. Video did not show any evidence of neighbor putting nails by vehicle. Patrol attempted to speak with neighbor but they were uncooperative. No further police action needed at the time.

Caller reported an unconscious male laying in the parking lot of the Croton-Harmon Train Station. Patrol and EMS were dispatched. Party was conscious and alert upon arrival and refused medical attention on the scene.
