Project is located at Half Moon Bay Drive in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County, New York, along the Hudson River waterbody. Enclosed please find correspondence from State of New York, Department of Transportation that was discussed at the February 18, 2026, Village Board of Trustees meeting. The correspondence was referred to the Village Waterfront Advisory Committee for a recommendation of consistency with the Village’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP).
