The Village of Croton-on- Hudson is the sponsor of this federally funded transportation project. The project will involve the rehabilitation of a vehicular bridge that spans above the MTA Metro North Hudson Line, approximately 50 feet north of the Croton-Harmon Train Station. Project is located at Half Moon Bay Drive in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County, New York, along the Hudson River waterbody. * * * * Enclosed is a copy of the Federal Aid Notification Letter, project location maps and project plans for the above-referenced project for your information and preliminary review. Please contact Armando Spagnoli, the Department of State reviewer assigned to this project, at Armando.Spagnoli@dos.ny.gov or (518) 473-9368 to discuss applicable LWRP policies and concerns, and any additional information which may be necessary to assist you in reviewing this project. Any comments you may have will assist the Department of State in reaching a decision as to the consistency of the proposed action with the approved City/Town/Village of XXXX LWRP.
