Parking Department Quarterly Report June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 48,668 transactions with revenue totaling $639,902.77. This amount represents 38.1% of our projected annual budget. We continue to see rising demand in our daily parking spaces. The parking rates also increased on June 1, 2026, for the first time in 16 years, which has resulted in increased revenue. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 65 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 384 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 866 Total Revenue: $391,035 This amount represents one quarter of sales and is 27% of our projected annual budget. We are continuing to see a slight increase year over year in our parking permit sales. Local Parking Permit Revenue: Seasonal Snow Parking Permits: 0 issued Asbury Parking Lot: 1 issued Croton Commons Parking Lot: 13 issued Merwin Oak Parking Lot: 25 issued South Harmon Parking Lot: 7 issued Croton Free Library Employee permits 7 issued Residential Parking permits: 21 issued Total Quarterly Revenue: $1,554 This amount represents 21% of our projected annual budget. Most permits are annual in nature, leading to most revenue in this account coming in May and June. Train Station Free Weekend Parking Permits: 99 issued
