Recreation Department Quarterly Report-June, July & August 2026 The Recreation Department provides and plans year-round classes, programs, activities, and special events for residents of all ages. The following highlights summarize the department’s activities and participation for the quarter. Recreation Programs and Special Events Some of the highlights for this quarter included: • Presented 7 concerts at Senasqua Park. • Held more than 55 classes, programs, and special events. • Returned Day Camp to the CET and PVC schools for the season. • Held 7 family entertainment programs, including 6 evening programs and 1 daytime program. • Held 3 outdoor movie nights at Senasqua Park. • Sold out all 90 canoe/kayak storage spaces at the Echo Canoe Launch, along with 4 spaces at Croton Landing. Senior Programming • The Senior Club met regularly at the Municipal Building and Senasqua Pavilion. • Held 7 classes and programs, with 88 participants. • Offered 4 trips, including 1 Local Explorer trip and 3 charter-bus trips, with a total of 135 participants.
