Parking Department Quarterly Report June 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 44,850 transactions with revenue totaling $449,164.55. This amount represents 30% of our projected annual budget. We continue to see rising demand in our daily parking spaces, and the Village recently converted more than 40 spaces from permit parking to daily parking to accommodate this. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 57 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 360 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 815 Total Revenue: $362,425 This amount represents one quarter of sales and is 27.1% of our projected annual budget. We are continuing to see a slight increase year-over-year in our parking permit sales. Local Parking Permit Revenue: Seasonal Snow Parking Permits: 0 issued Asbury Parking Lot: 1 issued Croton Commons Parking Lot: 32 issued Merwin Oak Parking Lot: 38 issued South Harmon Parking Lot: 14 issued Croton Free Library Employee permits 7 issued Residential Parking permits: 8 issued Total Quarterly Revenue: $2320.00 This amount, combined with the deferred revenue from FY2025, represents 63.7% of our projected annual budget. Most permits are annual in nature, leading to most revenue in this account coming in May and June. Train Station Free Weekend Parking Permits: 172 issued
