To: From: Frank Balbi, P.E., Superintendent of Public Works CC: Date: November 24th, 2025 Re: Cleaning Services - Bid # 17-2025 Annually, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson contracts with a contractor to assist the Department of Public Works with the cleaning of Village owned buildings and facilities. This contract benefits the Village by allowing Public Works to keep up with regular maintenance and repairs of its buildings and grounds. On October 23, 2025, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson advertised for invitations to bid for the Office and Building Cleaning Services contract (Bid # 17-2025). On November 10, 2025, six bids were received and publicly read. The following results were returned: Bid Results: Bidder Bid Amount 1. LCS Faility Group $ 17,184.00 per month 2. Apple Maintenance Services $ 5,260.00 per month 3. One Service Maintenance $ 5,678.37 per month 4. Cleaning Services of Hudson Valley $ 4,150.00 per month 5. Integrated Maintenance Solutions $ 15,965.86 per month 6. NSI Clean $ 4,300.00 per month During recent conversations with Cleaning Servies of Hudson Valley, it was apparent that they are comfortable with the scope of work laid out in the contract documents, as well as the expectations of the Village. They have also provided the Village with adequate referrals for similar work recently performed by their company. I recommend approving Cleaning Servies of Hudson Valley’s proposal for the Office and Building Cleaning Services contract in the amount of $ 4,150.00 per month.
