Mr. Count, At their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, the Advisory Board on the Visual Environment reviewed your Sign Permit Application for Mirage Mirror & Glass and made some design suggestions. Based on the revised photographs that you submitted today, the images are consistent with the Advisory Board on the Visual Environment’s suggestions, therefore, Sign Permit # 20250002 is issued today to approve your signs. As part of this approval, the address number on the entry door shall be changed from the current number to a new number matching the address number font used on the sign. Also, the canopy over the entry door is to be painted a blue color matching the blue color on the sign. Please keep our office informed of your work schedule so that any necessary inspections can be made.
