Environmental Management Plan ; Page 106 AMENDING THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN ~ This Environmental Management Plan may be amended by the Village planning board ~ from time to time so as to permit appropriate modifications to its provisions. -~ The golf course superintendent, Village board of trustees, Village Water Control ~- Commission, Village Engineer, or Village planning board may request an amendment. An amendment request shall specify what the proposed change is, the reason for the change, and any ~ site-specific restrictions to be considered in reviewing the proposed change. If the proposed ~ change involves the addition of a pesticide to the List of Pesticides for Possible Use at Hudson National Golf Club (contained herein in Appendix 1), the request shall include the results of a site-specific risk assessment (based on NPURG or other appropriate model(s)); the Health —" Advisory Limit and LC,,./MAC data; and the sorption coefficient, leaching and runoff ~ characteristics, and toxicity data for the proposed new pesticide. The request also shall define any modifications to the water quality monitoring program specified in the Environmental : Management Plan which are appropriate should the proposed amendment be implemented. _ Unless the request is initiated by the golf course superintendent, a copy of the request shall be provided to the golf course superintendent at the time it is submitted to the planning board. z The village planning board shall consider a request within thirty (30) days following the "; receipt of the request. The planning board may seek the advise of an expert to assist it in the = review of the request. The Hudson National Golf Club shall reimburse the Village for the = ee Environmental Management Plan Page 107 reasonable and appropriate costs associated with the review of a request initiated by the ~ superintendent of the golf course. _ The planning board shall either approve or deny the request within a reasonable period of _ time following the receipt of the request. If the planning board approves the request, its resolution of approval shall specify any restrictions it deems appropriate concerning the ~ amendment and any modifications to the water quality monitoring program it deems appropriate.
