WHEREAS, the Planning Board reviewed an application for an amendment to the Hudson National Golf Club’s Environmental Management Plan on April 1, 2025 for the Hudson National Golf Club, hereafter known as “the Applicant.” The subject property is located at 40 Arrowcrest Drive, in a RA-60 Zoning District, and designated on the Tax Map of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson as Section 67.15 Block 1 Lot 4; and WHEREAS, the proposed application is for the amendment to the Environmental Management Plan (2000; last revised 2021) for the purpose of updating the pesticide use list; and WHEREAS a risk assessment dated March 19, 2025, was completed by Environmental and Turf Services, and such assessment was reviewed by the Planning Board on April 1, 2025; and WHEREAS this proposal is considered a Type II Action and therefore is not subject to review under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA). NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Environmental Management Plan for Hudson National Golf Club is hereby amended to remove 5 pesticide products and add 7 new pesticide products as outlined and described in the letter report dated March 19, 2025 from Environmental and Turf Services and referenced as “The Hudson National Golf Course Proposed Pesticide Use Update to the Environmental Management Plan” and the email, dated March 20, 2025 from Brett Scales, Hudson National Golf Club Superintendent.
