PUBLIC WORKS QUARTERLY REPORT
Fiscal Year 2023/2024
Third Quarter: December 1, 2023 – February 29, 2024
Highway
•
Cleared approximately 16 inches of snow during 3 winter events
•
Swept 415 miles of roadway
•
Completed the leaf removal program
•
Removed and replaced banners for various Village events
•
Supplied equipment/materials for Eagle Fest
•
Removed fall lights and installed holiday lights throughout the Village
•
Cleaned out 200 catch basins
•
Repaired 2 catch basins
•
Weekly asphalt maintenance (potholes and water patches)
•
Trimmed approximately 30 trees
•
Removed 2 trees
•
Grinding of stumps left over from trees that were removed
Sanitation:
•
Collected approximately 600 tons of refuse
•
Collected approximately 680 tons of organic waste
•
Collected approximately 13 tons of metal and electronic waste

Building Maintenance:

Continued work on the Police Department renovations
