Parking Department Quarterly Report December 01, 2023 – February 29, 2024 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 35,547 transactions with revenue totaling $372,770.35. The daily parking account revenue for the first three quarters of the year is now at 105.2% of our projected annual budget. This revenue account has exceeded its budgeted projections for the year as usage of the lot inches closer to pre-pandemic levels. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 46 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 363 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 719 Total Revenue: $351,427 The permit parking account revenue for the first three quarters of the year is now at 122.5% of the projected annual budget. This amount includes payment for all four permit cycles. Some additional revenue in this account is expected as commuters purchase permits for the months of April and/or May.
